Lew's Story
Hello all,
I (now 69 unbelievable years old) live in Charlottesville, VA (since 1975) and love it (home to the University of Virginia, Thomas Jefferson's Monticello and several other presedential homes, not to mention a great quality of life, I am married to Melanie for 35 years and we have no children. We have an oceanfront condo on the OuterBanks of North Carolina which is our often visited retreat.
I am so out of touch with Wilmington and the kids (now old people) I enjoyed so much in 1959-1961, My family moved to Wilmington in 1959 from Philadelphia and I attended P.S. during my junior and senior years. I was known to you all as "Eddie" (my family nickname) since I was a Lew Jr. I had danced on bandstand in Philly and therefore loved to dance (never missed a school dance or dance party) and still love the music of the day.

llections of a group of guys I hung out with that we called the "untouchables" although I don't remember everyone's name who participated. I do remember Paul Williams, Keith Sine and Ronnie Cohen. I also remember, Carol Crabtree, Micki Labovsky and Jerry Ann Spencer (all of whom I had a crush on) and double dating once (or twice) with Carol. We doubled with Carol Nordquist and Ronnie Cheeseman. When I see names on this sight and when I have been invited to several reunions (only attending the 10 year since I still lived in Wilmington then) they do prompt memories.
Unfortunately, I lost my yearbook in a flooded apartment in the early eighties, so identifying names with faces from the past is difficult. I would certainly appreciate hearing from everyone who knew me then and even those who didn't.
