Eddy's Story
Hey, anybody that knew me way back when. I am well and nearing retirement.
I left the Photown area in the mid 80’s and I lost touch with nearly everyone I knew.
I’ve lived something of a storied life since those days. I am a veteran of two armed forces and I have traveled the world with them. I was in one war, sort of. I’ve attended 3 junior colleges and two universities. I’m a Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity alumnus. I’ve worked as a lumberjack, a remodeler and explosives technician. pped in about a dozen languages and I just drifted for a while. I finally settled in Albuquerque, New Mexico and I live there too this day.
I am a novelist and short story writer, and the thing that’s probably going to blow a lot of people’s minds that knew me in high school—being the stellar student that I was back then, is that I’m finishing my career as a special education teacher.... at least I’ve been fooling them about it for a couple of decades. I know, I know, in the immortal words of Dale Bozzio, life IS so strange.
