Hi Everybody. It's been almost 39 years since we graduated and in some ways it seems like yesterday. I live in Placerville, CA...just a few miles from where gold was discovered back in 1848. We live on five acres. We've been here for about 20 years and this is where I was meant to be. I'm a country girl at heart. We have lots of animals...donkeys, chickens, dogs and cats. A total of 25...but I'll just leave it up to your imagination to figure out how many of each one. Let's just say I live by the saying..."if there's room in the heart, there's room in the home". I try to help the little critters that are homeless (without losing my husband). I've been married for 28 years to David Messer. He's from the Torrance area. We have two great kids, Luke and Heidi. They are 24 and 22. I worked for about 12 years after graduating as an Administrative Assistant for the Vice-President of an international company (Yamaha).
