Edie's Story
I didn't delete this, but I didn't move to HI yet - not sure if I am right now. On 2nd trip to Hilo, HI. Moving here in November. Big change - so much to do!
Hmmm, how do you cover 46 years in a thumbnail? Quit college - lived in NYC - moved back out to Riverhead - got married in 68 - lived in Syracuse & Rochester - moved to South Jersey in 73 - separated in 79 - no kids - worked in the casino industry in marketing from 1979 - 2010.
Concentrating now on developing a career as a writer. It ain't easy, but I can do it anywhere.
During the 11 years we were married, we did alot of canoeing, hiking, camping, sailing, going on trips for weeks at a time when we could. Took the dog usually - left the cats home for my folks to watch.

Broadway, concerts, museums, room service. Have spent as much free time as possible pursuing my interests in Philadelphia & NYC as well as local opportunities.
Worked at Caesar Atlantic City in various marketing positions from 1979 - 2006 the as a consultant for the marketing group at the Trump Taj Mahal in Atlantic City from 2006 - 2010, but I also worked on projects for Finance & Info Tech when they need help.
I actually don't remember the Edie who went to school very well in some ways. She never liked school, although she always enjoyed learning new things. I've enjoyed life since school much more.
However, I remember my closest friends very well: Naomi Shapiro, Darlene Messmer, Dolly Drum, Sue Sabol, Susie Saxtein.
