Edie's Story
Life
I guess those who graduated around the late 70's and early 80's can now say, They are "Very Life Experienced" new way of saying older. I have found life to so far be quite a ride. High School was a beginning uphill to the tallest, longest, fastest and scariest roller coaster ride. We dont have to stop for repairs and updates, for new loops and higher climbs and bigger thrills on this coaster. We need to learn that keeping our hands inside the tram at all times is very important to keeping our lunch. Wow, what an awesome ride. I look forward to every new addition to my ammusement park of life.
They say God created us in his image, I figured out how that was possible with how we all look, he did while play...Expand for more
ing in a funhouse of mirrors...:)
School
School was an eye opening experience. It wasnt untill high school I felt like my life slowed down. I was one of the guys, helped everyone else. I am proud to say, had the bestest, and greatest dancing partner at my Senior Prom, ask half the class they danced with him more than I...Thank you Dad for the being the best date there. A true gentleman.
College
College turned out helping me realize I could accomplish anything since I didnt go until I was 38. It was the most expensive Self Esteem booster I have ever had. I realized raising twins medically needy children, working full-time at a Jail and being abused, and still obtaining a 3.47 GPA was a pretty good feat.
