Edith's Story
There's so much that has happened over the years, that it's difficult to even begin. I live in Southern California and have so since 1975. I have been in the entertainment business most of my career, and still am. I had a post production company with my ex husband for 18 years. The divorce pretty much ended that unfortunately. I loved having my own company. It afforded me the opportunity to employ others as well as watch them advance in their careers. It was my second home. I also had 3 children who are now grown, but still with me. This economy is devastating for everyone. I have a daughter, who is in the picture with me. She is an office manager at a production company that shoots commercials. I have a 26 year old son who just can't seem to find his way. I keep trying! I have a 22 year old son who is on his way...Expand for more
to becoming a successful cameraman. He is currently in New Orleans working on a new reality show called "13" conceived by the horror master, Sam Raimi. He is working in the swamps which he says is incredibly beautiful at night. I have never remarried, and seriously doubt I ever will. I also did psychotherapeutic counseling(basically donated my time) for 5 years. Currently, I am the Director of Sales for a B horror film company called Full Moon Features. Does anyone remember Puppet Master? It' very challenging and has involved a tremendous amount of business development. I would really like to have my own company again, and have been toying with some ideas on how to make that happen. In the interim, my main focus has been taking care of my family, developing business, and remaining positive throughout difficult times.
