Edward's Story

Life So far lifes been pretty damn good. After High School I joined the Air Force for what I thought was only to be a 4 year stint... 20 years later I'm a retired Master Sergeant. It started out pretty crazy at first(Nuclear Missile Guidance Technician) then got even better (Electronic Warfare Systems). My career took me to the far east where I lived in Japan, Okinawa, and Korea. Then to Europe were I had the pleasure of living in Madrid, Italy, Turkey, England and Germany. After I retired I began working for Lockhead Martin for a few years and decided to move to Florida where the rest of my family had relocated to during the course of my military career. Oh and most importantly during the course of my career I got married and had the greatest gift of my life, my son. 13 years later my marriage turned upside down and ended with my retirement from the Air Force. I'm now the operations manager for a Commercial Electrical firm in Deerfield Beach Florida. My son, now 16, has become a man already and plans on living with me this summer (2003). Life is good...
