Edward's Story
After graduation I worked for the Conn. highway dept. I then started driving truck until 1977. In that time I married my lovely and lifelong mate, Betty.We had two sons, (Edward and David). In 1977 we moved Aurora Mo., where I started dairy farming I contiued farming until 1985 when the gentleman I was managing the dairy for decided to quit. I worked in the security dept. of Teledyne in Neosho, MO until 1989 when we moved Owings Mills MD where I worked for Western Auto. In 1996 I was transfered to St. Croix U.S.V.I. too assist in the building and opening of a new store. We were on the island for two years and transfered to Kansas City where I retired in 2001.

ring from Advance Auto (Western Auto), I went to work for RoseAcre egg farms near my home where my eldest son worked.
We bought a home in the town of Green Ridge, a town of 345 residents, where we continue to live today.
During this time both of our sons enlisted in the Army and started their own families presenting us five wonderful grandchildren.
Over the years we have had the honor of hosting exchange students from France, Japan, Turkey, Thailand, Brazil, Germany. We also were support counselors for the several students and their host families.
We have also been blessed with the chance to travel extensively thoughout Europe and some of Asia.
