Life
After completing a Ph.D. in political science at the University of Wisconsin, I joined the political science faculty at Penn State University, where I taught for 36 years. Although I live in Germany during the academic year, I maintain a home in State College, PA, and visit family and friends in California frequently. University education has opened many doors around the globe since my early days at Queens College, in New York.
