Edward's Story

Life I was retired from the Air Force in 1979 due to cancer. My cancer is well in remission at this time. During the past 11 years I have had 5 major operations for damage caused from the Cobalt treatments. The loss of my colon and large intestine and some internal restructuring were the results fom these 5 operations. I have been an assistant equipment manager for our professional hockey team for the past three years and really love it. I will also be moving into the main position upon the departure of the current No.1 person. I am also in line for the club house and equipment manager position for our pro baseball team this year.
