Eileen's Story
I attended Keystone College 1975-1976. Moved to the country in 1985, and have been living here since. I have 5 children 3 girls and 2 boys and as they were growing up I did the farm living with all the animals (horses, donkeys,goats, turkeys, chickens, dogs, cats) and whatever else. Once the kids grew up I gave up the farming game and now just have a decent garden every year. Now I'm a proud Grandma of 2 granddaughters ages 2&3 years, and 1 grandson age 3 also. They keep me very, very busy, but love being with all of them. I've been separated over 15 years and he won't divorce me, I don't know why he won't. But love being single again. oxygen dependant , but that doesn't slow me down I've had 2 small strokes and with a lot of therapy you would never know that I was paralyzed. Now I feel better and stronger then 15 to 20 years ago. I'm still skinny and hair hasn't changed color, I have no idea why it hasn't. All of my family has moved out of Maplewood as my Mom passed away 6 years ago. I miss Maplewood and when I did visit, every time I would go to Roman Gourmet Vinnie has to tell whoever is there at the time that I worked there my senior year. I don't know how he recognizes me because his Dad was the boss back then. I don't think I'll make it to the reunion, but would love to hear from my classmates and see how they're doing.
