Eileen's Story
Continue to work as an RN at Northern Mt Hospital, in Havre,Mt (the town is 40 miles south the Canadian border) about 10,000 people. Work on a Med/surg/Ped floor and sometimes Long Term Care (which is connected to the hospital. Been married for 27 yrs to a great home guy- a great cowboy! Our kids, Ryan-27 is working in Billings,Mt and Christina-23 is a graduate student in Portland,OR. We continue to add remodeling jobs to our house. grow tomatoes for home made salsa. in touch w/ members of our class-been in MT since 1980. I have taken train back to MN to see family. Mom, sister (family) and brother (family) still live in the Twin Cities. Dad past away 2 yrs ago from a major stroke at 86- Mom continues to live in the house we grew up in. Our town has struggled w/ ecomony- railroad,college, public schools, Border Patrol, Walmart, KMart,etc- but I don't have to fight much traffic-.I love to shop/look- any major stores are 1 1/2
hours away. We have excellent winter skiing, fishing in the summer, Glacier Park and camping here in MT.
