Elaine's Story
I get more adventurous as I get older. I use to be so shy. Hardly any time left for that. One of my favorite quotes by James Arnay is " in dreams and in love there are no impossibilities." I like that.
My favorite way to blow off steam is to exercise especially swim, and to listen and dance to music
What is the wildest thing I did in school? Nothing compared to what I do now. :)
What teacher in Guilford High would I like to see again? Mr. Roger Fiondella. He saw my potential and helped me get there. He encouraged me to be in the Math field. To this day, I wish I had done just that.
Where have I lived? First born and living in New Haven, Hamden until 16; Boston, MA before college, moved to Philadelphia, PA while in college, and onward to Grand Rapids,...Expand for more
MI, back to Guilford, CT and then to Bridgeport, CT. Corporate relocation landed me in Atlanta, GA where I commuted and lived in Washington DC for 2 years. Now living and working in Atlanta, GA. Whew!!!!
My style now? I dress younger and feel younger too!
In 10 years, I hope to be RICH!!!!. I'm going to get there by um........
My oldest friend is Anne in CT. She is always there for me through the good time and the bad.
My first job was at The Madison Beach Club in Madison, CT, where I got paid $6.00 to play hostess. What I remember most about it is we could have all the drinks we wanted while hosting the Saturday dinners. Great time to meet fun people, to work and to play on the beach at the same time. That was a fine job.
