Elaine's Story
Life
I love my life out here on the marsh near Folly Beach. It's so peaceful and beautiful. I have a vegetable garden, a fluffy cat, and great egrets flying by like angels. It's a wonderful refuge, because my work takes all that I have.
I produce fundraising documentaries for organizations like Rotary International, Habitat for Humanity, Hometown Heroes International, etc. They send me to the third world and keep me on my toes ...Expand for more
promoting their causes.
I've also recently taken up still photography. I love getting shots of the wildlife around me (I also shoot for the Post Courier a little.) Check out my flickr page at flickr.com/lainesworld.
No husband. No kids. (But I borrow the niece and nephews whenever I'm feeling maternal.) True to my own stereotype, I'm very happy with my cat - he doesn't usually sass, and I don't have to send him to college.
