Elbert's Story
It's a simple story; one that you've probably heard before (I've always imagined starting a novel that way, but this will do). Anyway, after graduation I joined the navy and remained there for 20 years traveling all over the world. In that time, there came Stuart 19, Saleena 17, and Tyler 9. Married and divorced, single for quite some time now. The new plan I have is to take a teaching position at my alma mater, Springfield College - probably not until next year though (2009). ...Expand for more
If any of you have kids that might become one of my students, tell them to start brushing up on ethics and philosophy because it won't be a piece of cake in my class :-)
For now I am taking it easy in sunny San Diego...well, sunny TODAY anyway. Retirement is fun! If you haven't been out this way, try it some time, you may like it. The city's nickname is America's Finest City...questionable. I hope to hear from some of you...or all of you, those who knew me and otherwise.
