Lisa's Story
Life is good! Two daughters, Melissa, 30, (and son-in-law, Brian) and Devan, 18, who just graduated from Mesquite High School in Gilbert in May, and has made the leap to ASU! - married for 22 years to a great guy! Two granddaughters, ages 10 and 22 months. We love to travel, last year it was Hawaii, the Bahamas, Michigan, and Mexico, not to mention several trips to California. This year has been slow so far, only Mexico, California and Michigan.
After high school, I raised Melissa and worked at Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station as a Nuclear Operations Technician in the control room of Unit 3 for 7 years, where I met Patrick. We married 3 1/2 years later, then in...Expand for more
1990 moved to Vancouver, Washington for two years, where Devan was born. In 1992, we moved to Spokane, Washington, where we lived for 15 months, before moving to Tucson for two years. No, he's not in the military!! He works for Kitchell Corporation and is currently a Project Director in the Health Care Division. No further moves have been planned at this time!! (Have to get the youngest through college, then we'll see!)
Currently, I work for a doctor's office, scheduling surgeries, doing preops, auths, very busy!
Still best friends with Yolande Fischer and Karen Marquez, unfortunately we don't see each other as much as we'd like, but we have email, thank god!
