Eleanor's Story

Life I grew up in the beautiful Bear Lake Valley in a little place called Round Valley,near Laketown, Ut. My parents recently sold the farm, but Round Valley will always be home in my heart. I attend USU in Logan, where I met and married Jerry DeVore. We have three children, Justin, AshaLee and Melissa. We lived in Richfield, UT.'84-'85 Moved to Gardena,CA July '85 - Jan.1993. We moved again to Puyallup, WA until Jun 2001. Again a company transfer took us to Imperial, CA. lived there until June 2004 and moved to Aurora, IL. On the coldest day in January 2009..it was -52 degrees with the wind chill, we moved to the desert in Phoenix, AZ. I'm solar powered and thrilled to finally be warm again. ARR. There are many lives that have crossed paths with mine. I'd love to hear from those I left behind. Workplace Ahh, my work history varies, volunteer work in the communities where I've lived as well the public school systems. My interest in environmental and safty concerns motivates continual research and learning. So, after 20 years of varied work experience I've returned to college. My most recent work involved 911 Dispatcher for the Imperial County Sheriff, an exciting and rewarding experience. Prior to relocating to the Imperial Valley I worked as a Customer Service/Reservation agent for United Airlines, a truely exciting career with opportunites to mix with and meet so many people. I hope to return to employment with the airline industry....it's like interacting with a worldwide family rather than "work"....LOL
