Elisha's Story
Life
Been busy since I graduated high school, everything pretty much changed. My friends have changed, I live in a different place, I"m still at Kent State and my job has even changed. Can't say that the road has been easy but I'm alive and well. Was supposed to get married this summer, things obviously don't always work out how you think that they will everytime but it's for the better.
School
I don't remember who my crush was in highschool, guess he wasn't that great if I can't remember lol. The teacher that inspired me the most? There are too many to name. If I could do it all over again I definately would not, I"m glad highschool is over. One thing most people don't know is that I didn't get my license till I was 17 which was my Sr year in highschool. I was so nervous driving without someone in the car that I took my teddy bear stuck a hat on him and buckeled him in on the passenger seat so I wouldn't feel so nervous. Yeah I know I'm a big dork lol!
College

o to Kent State I used to be a dj up there for about three years. I'd have to say that my most unique experience was the first time on my own. My managers expected me to record my show for evaluation. Unfortunately I stared in the middle of the semester and didn't have a chance to warm up before the evaluation. I had had a crash course on how to work the switch board and thought I was recording my show and putting music on. Unfortunately I did the opposite and the whole campus heard me singing along to the music. It turned out to be a karaoke show, my friends don't let me live it down.
Workplace
I work for Time Warner Cable in downtown Akron. I do customer service and also inbound sales, meaning they call me I don't call them. It's a great job, the people I work with and work for are great. It picked me up when I hit rock bottom after my ex left, and it also currently allows me to maintain my present lifestyle. I am one of the few people that can say that I love my job :)
