Elizabeth's Story
After moving several times with the Air Force, 21 years, we lived in England, Maryland, California and Germany, we retired in Papillion, Nebraska in 2003.
I have been married for 19 years, we have one son, who just turned 14.
I have been in Early Child care and Education for more than...Expand for more
fifteen years. Five of those have been in family childcare. This works for me and my family since by son was just diagnosed as being on the Autism Spectrum.
Being a parent of a special needs child, has taught me to slow down and take one day at a time and to think positively.
