Life If a gypsy fortune teller had looked into her crystal ball in 1986 and told me that in 2008 I would be living a couple blocks from the Lake Erie shore in the tiny little community of Sheffield Lake, OH .... well ... I probably would have asked what she had been smoking and demanded a refund. Life certainly didn't take the route I envisioned, but it's fun and adventurous and just keeps getting more interesting all the time. I've been married for 16 years. I've heard that if you can survive wallpapering together then you're fairly functional as a couple. We actually had a little fun wallpapering the bathroom together last month, so I'm scoring us "functional". I've got a 10 year old son who is the center of my universe and my mentor on Runescape. He's got my sense of humor and we get along really well. He's tons of fun and thinks I'm beautiful and brilliant. I figure I've got a few more years at most to bask in that light, so I am enjoying the heck out of it now. I have a dog named Boadie -- a Bichon Frise. Boadie is a super-playful bundle of energetic affection. My two cats are Snuggles (named by my son when he was 5) and Cosmo. We adopted Cosmo from the humane society when she was 8, so we have no explanation for why a female cat has a male name. Consequently, however, she has about half a donzen nicknames....
