Elizabeth's Story
Life
I am widowed and have 2 children, 3 step-children and an ever increasing plethora of grandchildren. All of our children are past their 30s. My youngest grandchild is 12 and the oldest is 22. The children and grandchildren are spread out between Vancouver, Portland, Seattle, Bremerton, Tacoma, and Arizona.
I finally graduated from WSU in Vancouver in 2003. I hope to return to school someday to pick up my Masters. I am now working for the American Federation of Teachers in Tukwila. I moved back to Seattle in 2007 so that my husband could be near his children. He suffered ...Expand for more
from dementia and had been in an adult family home since 2006. Sadly, we lost him in November of 2010.
We previously lived in Seattle for ten years (1984-1994), then returned to Vancouver to be with my parents as they suffered through long illnesses. Unfortunately, both have passed on. I hope to be home again soon.
Both of my brothers (Bill and Jerry) still live in town. My sister Jennie lives on the Washington coast with her husband Gary. My sister Jodie lives in Las Vegas with her husband Michael. I would love to hear from classmates and will pass on any messages to my siblings.
