Elizabeth's Story
Life
When I was in high school most of you would remember me with a real tall guy ....My boyfriend Michael Lindstrom. Well he is still my boyfriend, actually now he's my husband. We are still together and still proving everyone wrong . They said it wouldn't last... Ha!!! We have two great kids, Sabrina (21) and Michael Jr. (18) . I love being a mom and wish we would have had more children but didn't. We got very buisy building our life and Buisness together. We have created a wonderful shop called Mikes Automotive and Tire and have done quite well being in buisness for 17 years . We have 3 mechanics plus Michael who mandates back there and of course Me up front doing the office junk. I hated math and dirt so if anyone would have told me I would be working in an Auto shop doing books and number junk I would have laughed, I guess the laugh is on me. The benifits are great because I sleep with the boss, I can do pretty much what I want here .We bought a house in a quiet cauldisac and liked it so much there that we purchased the house accross the street also. We stay very buisy between the shop , house work and our extra activities. We have two dogs cotton and candie they're maltiese and bishon mixed little puff balls, and basil bunny who ...Expand for more
belongs to my daughter but I call him my grandson . Our Kids are doing great and dispite what everyone told us about history repeating itself (don't believe it ,its not always true) My daughter graduated high school and is now on her third year of college studying to be a teacher(kindergarden) She dates on occasion but wants to finish school before she gets involved in anything permanent .She has a fun job working with diamonds and can tell you if your man is cheap or not . I feel bad for the guy who proposes to her. She is the easy " I know what I want" kid..... My son on the other hand cant wait to graduate and go to work .He graduates Upland High this June and wants to experience the whole world in one day. He wanted to go into the military ,but between you and I .... I hope he doesn't. Its his choice , his life and I'll support him what ever he decides. Right now he works at the shop after school till closing and has learned alot. We have been very blessed and are greatful for whatever the future has instore for us. No matter what it is we'll be ready because we have learned over the years that nothing worth getting is ever easy and you can actually overcome pretty much anythng with time.
Hope everyone is well and living wonderful lives.
