Elizabeth's Story
The Word of God says for us " to number our days". When you are young, you are so busy living your life, finding
where you belong in God's plan, raising a family, loving your spouse, paying bills and taxes. Before you know it, your family is grown with a family of their own. You get older and you begin to slow down. Then you hear of a reunion of your beloved college . You attend only to find out that everyone else has gotten older.(Ha!) The wonderful memories come flooding back and you are young again. How many times you have thought of your friends and wondered where are they now and what has God done in their lives. Now I have time to find out. I want to share God's blessings on my life and hope to reconnect with others from Holmes Bible College (Holmes Theological Seminary at the time I was attending). the Lord opened the door for me to start teaching at Paw Creek Church of God School in Charlotte, N.C. It was there at the church that I met my husband Randy. In September of 2015 we will have been married 36 years.God has kept us by His great power and we are so grateful. We have one son Nathan who is married to Rachel and has blessed us with 4 beautiful grandchildren. I am very proud of both my son and daughter in-law and the life they live before their children. My husband is still working and I am still teaching. God has blessed us with good health.We all have had struggles in our lives but God has brought us all through and is continuing to use us and bless us .Time is closing in on all of us but we want to use it to glory Him and win souls. He truly is on the verge of returning, make your time on earth count.
