Elizabeth's Story
After graduating from High School, I went to UP Diliman to do my 2-year pre-Dentistry course, (1967-1969), followed by four years (1969-1973) Dentistry at the UP Padre Faura, and graduated Magna cum Laude, with a Doctor of Dental Medicine (DDM) degree.
I married Dr. Joseph Kwan Sai Kit, (Cantonese from Hong Kong) who graduated a year ahead of me, also from UP College of Dentistry.

rk for the DH for another 26 years,. During those intervening years, I got a Government Scholarship Grant to do my Master's degree in Paediatric Dentistry at the University of Hong Kong's Faculty of Dentistry.
I spent the last 8+ years of my active professional career at the Head Office of the DH doing some clinical (at DH) and part-time clinical teaching at the Faculty of Dentistry, but mainly as an administrator and as Consultant Dental Surgeon at DH.
I retired "early" (2004) to spend more quality time with family, as well as reconnect with friends and acquaintances .
