Elizabeth's Story
Life
I left Blackshear, GA in 4th grade and moved to Waycross, and then on to Valdosta, GA (my parents divorced). In 1981, my mom and I then moved to Walterboro, SC. I graduated from WHS in 1987. Although I missed my childhood GA friends, I had a FANTASTIC high school experience in SC.
I attended the College of Charleston from 1987-1990. I graduated from the Medical University of SC in 1992. I unfortunately had a "starter marriage" from 1992-1997....Expand for more
I began working for a clinical research company in 1992, where I would soon meet my future husband - I was his boss! :)
For sanity's sake we have both moved on to different companies!
My husband and I were married in 2002. We have a one year old daughter. We live just outside of Charleston, SC on the Edisto River.
My mother and step-dad still live in Walterboro. My father passed away in 2002, so I don't go to Blackshear that often anymore.
