Elizabeth's Story
Life...... After high school I moved to Santa Barbara. I attended school there for a couple of years and had way too much fun. I went to school in Cambridge, England and traveled through Europe. Next, I went to University of Arizona for their photography/media arts program. After I graduated I did some photography and lived in S.F./Marine. I also had an interest in Deaf Education. I was active in the Deaf community. I was a kayaking guide, interpreter, tutored Deaf adults etc.. I spent a summer teaching rock...Expand for more
climbing in Mammoth. I did some more traveling through Southeast Asia. I decided to get my Masters in Deaf Education. I moved to Portland, Oregon and got my M.A. and taught Deaf children for a couple of years. Loved living there but didn't love the rain! Then, a job opened up back in Santa Barbara. (where i started off) I took the job and moved here 7 years ago. I got married and am still teaching. I keep busy running, kayaking, biking, hiking, traveling, photography and doing outrigger. I am enjoying life!
