Emil's Story
I moved out to Oregon to be able to enjoy more skiing and whitewater boating. I use a drift boat (easier for flyfishing) and raft (can carry lots of camping gear for 3-4 day trips) mostly now, although I still enjoy my canoe. mpany that recently moved in from California, one of two employees so far. Since I'm in the heart of Gods country now, I can drive anywhere and be at the coast, the mountains, or rivers in less than 2 hours. We live just minutes from the Rogue River in Gold Hill, 40 miles north of the California border, in a little canyon called Galls Creek. It's in "open range", so we have a fence and gate to keep critters OUT of our palce, as well as in.
