Emily's Story
I've spent nearly 42 years married to John Carder. We have two wonderful children. Between them we have four grandchildren. Jane is in Little Rock working as a fraud investigator for Blue Cross, Blue Shied. Johnny is in Afghanistan. By now I'm beginning to lose count of the number of times he's been deployed. He's with the 101st Airborne.

roller from the FAA. For the past few years I've been teaching in a Classical Education School in Mississippi, but have had to leave that for health reasons.
I try to keep up with my azaleas. They are old stock, so it's a real challenge--especially with the drought Mississippi has been having. As often as I can, I walk. I don't like being inactive (drives me nutzo, in fact!).
