Emily Frinzi:

CLASS OF 2001
Ferndale, WA

Emily's Story

In high school I was very shy. I could best describe myself as a "wall flower". I was the "art nerd" who was in choir all four years and took Mr. Fitz art classes 2-3 of my years. I was best friends with Laurie Hyne (Hamm) and Anastasia K. I had frizzy hair, glasses, wore lots of necklaces, frumpy to the core. Looking back I can honestly say WOW!! ng who I was didn't recognize me at all! In fact, he had to do a double take, always a good sign. I'm happy to say that the shy "wall flower" is gone. I now live in Salem, OR with my husband, David Frinzi, of 1 1/2 years. No children as of yet, but I'm working on my Master's in Education after receiving my Bachalor's in Interdisciplinary Studies in Eugene, OR. After graduation from my Master's I will become a history teacher focused on the Middle Ages (1200's-1500's A.D.) and then possibly go on to become a student adviser for high school through college levels. I still love the arts. My husband and I went to Faust laster year, which was FABULOUS!! I recomend going to the opera at least once in your life, but I'm also into outdoor activities: hiking, camping, swimming, boating, etc.
