Emma's Story
I moved to California in 1968 and lived there for many years...married for the second time, raised my three boys and had a very blessed life. I never had to work unless I cared to, which I di once in a while doing accounting work., After over 30 years of marriage to my 2nd husband, I decided to become single, moved to Puerto Rico for 9 months, returned to Texas after that, went to nursing school at the tender age of 55...completed that in Waco....woked a while in...Expand for more
HOuston, returned to Calif. did some more nursing and went BACK to school and got a degree in social work, and am working on my masters degree in VOcational rehabilitation couseling right now..,but have returned to Waco in the interim......Lifew has been good to me with my children, being a cancer survivor, and am working AGAIN doing nursing while finishing my thesis to get my masters degree.....I hope life has been good to all of you as it has been to me......
