Enriqueta's Story

Life Hmm.. I'm not sure how to start this. I thought I'd just check this site out and see if I could get in touch with anyone from school. Its kind of silly I guess since I only spent a couple of years there. I never really built the bonds that most of the students had with their friends. Anyhow, it would be nice to catch up with some of them. I have often wondered what happened to everyone. Well, I'm on my 1000th move it seems. I just moved down to the Florida's "Emerald Coast". Its really beautiful here. I totally enjoy it. Its nice living by the beach again. This was a career move. Well, more like a career change. I was working for Dell but I can't say that I was totally satisfied with my life. I spent 60hrs on average at work and never really enjoyed what little time I had away from it. ve sacrifice a little to gain a lot. I'm really enjoying the change. I photograph and paint. I haven't had any shows yet but I can't say that I've really tried. I've had people try to buy my paintings but I really don't like to part with my creations. Anyhow, I have several paintings and give them away from time to time. I also get into just about anything. I'm preparing myself to build my own table and do a mosaic tile top for it with granite and marble tile. I really enjoy it. I helped my parents remodel their house in Nashville (last place I lived). That was nice. But I pretty much like to learn things hands on. In a way, its empowering to know that you can do something without anyone's help. Other than that, well, I'm not sure what to say. I'd like to think that I've lived a lot in the last (almost) 10 years since I left St. Genevieve. I'd like to travel some more. And I wouldn't mind moving again, just not now.
