I first became aware of this website just about the time I read “Hillbilly Elegy”. a book which was based largely in Middletown, Ohio. I still had mostly fond memories of my years in Middletown and MHS but this book provoked some strong...Expand for more
dissonances with my memories. So that led to my discovery of this website and the only time I went back to Middletown since my parents moved back to Kentucky in the early 60’s. I do, however, still recommend that you read this book.
