Eric's Story
Graduated Grant High School in 1984. I played basketbal and ran track all 4 years of high school. Went to Northern Oklahoma College on a basketball scholarship. I later transferred to East Texas State University to play basketball but things did work out because of some personal reasons at the time. I became a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. in which I am still an active member of the Dallas graduate chapter "Alpha Sigma Lambda". I joined the army in 1990. outh Carolina; Ft. Gordon, Geogia; Stewguart, Germany; Ft. Ritchie, Maryland; Seoul, Korea and Ft. Huachucha, Arizona. I also spent 7 months in Iraq during the first gulf war (Desert Storm). I moved back to Dallas after leaving the military. I got my Bachelors Degree from University of Texas at Dallas. I am currently living in Dallas and working the field on Information Technology as a Systems Administrator/Storage Area Network Specialists. I also referee basketball and volleyball for high school and middle school. That's my life in a nutshell.
