Hands-on experience started as a summer construction worker at the age of fifteen, later becoming an accomplished finish Carpenter and cabinetmaker. Project management and negotiating projects for clients were the next steps which included painting, roofing, windows, swimming pools, driveways, and kitchen remodeling.
The better part of a decade was spent as an international sports instructor and public relations expert. During this time a skill set which can only be created through the repetition of solving problems for a multitude of situations formed. The reputation for top performance with unusually few customer complaints is the result.
Eric’s formal education in real estate began more than twenty five years ago with his first real-estate principles course in college. Aware that this is an ever-changing industry, Eric continues to be very enthusiastic about the advantages found in regular seminars, workshops and real-estate courses where the most modern, “cutting-edge” real-estate tools are to be found.
Today, Eric is very proud to be the instructor of “real estate negotiation skills” for the Southern California Corporate training centers while maintaining award level status with the La Jolla office of Prudential California Realty, “The #1 real-estate office on the West Coast.” Are you ready to put this experience to work for you?".
