Life Graduated from Oregon State and met a wonderful young woman Joanne Macken- Business Accounting Major, got married in Dec 81. !!!And we still are!!! After she graduated, we moved to Houston, TX where the jobs were. Wanted to get some experience and move back to Oregon- HA! Spent 16 long hot humid years there, had daughter #1 in '87 and daughter #2 in 89. Became a Marketing Education Instructor and life was rocking and rolling along. Joanne's career with the oil industry took off and we pulled up stakes for a move to Findlay, OH in '99. Nice place, Ohio, started working on an older home updating it and doing the remodel thing. Started working on a new teaching license. 18 months later we got transferred again to St. Paul, Minnesota where Joanne was a Controller at a small oil refinery. Teaching licenses do not transfer well state to state, so started working on another one (aagh). MN wanted me to have a Masters to teach High School Business. Did a cost/benefit analysis and it is not worth it. Played substitute teacher and part-time community college instructor.
