Life
Well, I'm living in Florida, just outside of Tampa (since I never wanted to see snow again). Married more than 10 years now (as of early 2006), with an 9 year old, and a 22 month old, considering #3. I've got a 1968 corvette in the garage, that mostly sits gathering dust, but gets a fun ride every so often. I'm driving a 2006 Dodge Charger Daytona R/T in GoMango, living in a big house in a gated community, having a good ole time. I've got a home theater movie room setup that makes some people cry, an industrial style CRT projector going onto a 120 inch diagonal screen. some on it, some people have had a hard time leaving.
Mostly just doing my thing, living my own way. I finally broke over making 6 figures with no more educational paper on the wall than my Lakeland Regional diploma... And its a job where I wear shorts sandals and a t-shirt to work (often with obscenities on the t-shirt)
It just goes to show.
Workplace
I'm doing software development, primarily web stuff, with some occasional windows applications thrown in. It beats most else of what I could be doing, as the pay is good, and since i'm doing it as an offsite consultant, I can wear shorts + concert t-shirts to work.
