If anyone needs any advice on how to live a healthier and happy life--i'm your man!-lol By the way, I legally changed my name in '92 to Hanif Sa Shekhem to embrace a change in consciousness. Life is about evolving to be the best being possible and not getting stuck in rudimentary ways--philospher 'Nif-lol.
