Eric's Story
Growing up with two older siblings, I lacked self esteem. I felt like a naive wall flower that couldn’t fit in with my fellow classmates. I lacked self motivation. Fellow classmates that I admired,(from afar), were on a different class schedule thereby isolating me more. I spent a lot of time fishing at Twin Bridges. When an Army Paratrooper showed up in my senior year of high school, I told my parents that was what I wanted to be.
The army made me grow up fast.
Fast forward fifty years, still think about some of my fellow classmates. Life has been full of ups and downs, but that is how we grow. Sorry for rambling on, but If ever our paths cross, stop and say hi.
