I am an ordained American Baptist preacher who has pastored, but has returned to the academic community to teach full-time.

ls-Barnett's perspective of African American Leadership this fall.
I earned my Ph.D. in African American Religious History from the University of Denver, graduated with a Masters of Divinity from Garrett-Evangelical Seminary at Northwestern University after journeying through Morehouse College.
I was married for nearly 20 years, currently divorce, and praying that God will send a wife.
I do make it a point of top priority to revisit Phillips High whenever I am in Chicago visiting family.
Most important, I hope to communicate with old classmates!
