While serving as a youth pastor at a church in southern California, Eric completed course work at The Master¿s Seminary and holds a bachelor's degree in Bible and youth ministry from The Master¿s College. His workforce leadership experience, creative problem-solving strategies and team-building skills, combined with his passion for teaching God¿s Word to children and adults, bring valuable strengths to the Rorheim Institute team. Eric and his family have served in Awana for 16 years. He and his wife, Debbie, were the founding commanders at Collierville Bible Church in Collierville, Tennessee, where Eric also served as chairman of the elder board. Eric and Debbie are thrilled that their daughter Erica will earn her Citation Award in 2008.
