Eric's Story

Hi there old friends, I just found this site and thought it'd be fun to try to get back in touch with people. Well after an anxiety filled last year at W-L, I left NOVA to get a degree in Sculpture with a focus on socio- environmental issues. Then worked in a bunch of studios for other artists...fun but not profitable. I moved to Miami with my fiancé and then back to Richmond to work at VCU setting up and running a recycling program for them. I got another degree then left to teach in Istanbul, Turkey. That began a life of international school teaching that lasted around eight years. After 40 countries worth of teaching and traveling I got tired and decided to return home and do a masters in Architecture. But havening been a design teacher and a contractor, I wa...Expand for more
sn¿t impressed with the two architecture schools I attended. So I switched to a Building Engineering program and started to work in a design /build firm in Vancouver. I¿m here for while just doing the daily grind and taking some classes. I want to move home soon though. My older brother Dale got married to an international teacher and lives in Boston. He is coaching a crew team in Boston and seems more like an old sailor all the time. My little sister Nicole was doing event catering in Arlington, but then married a high school friend of hers, Sean Lawrence, and they live in Reston now. She got pregnant but gave birth 4 months early! Two years later the boy is doing fine and learning to be precocious. If you want to email me then search for me on the web. Eric
