Erika's Story
After high school I spent the summer babysitting full time for a friend of my mom's. In the fall I moved out and signed with a temp agency to do office work. I liked moving around, learning new things, meeting new people. I met my future husband in 1980 and we married in 1985. The next year we move to Gresham, Oregon and started a family. I didn't make it to the 10-year reunion becuase I was due any minute with our first child. I went to the 20-year reunion which was interesting but I only ran into one old friend. I didn't go to the 30-year reunion becuase it didn't seem that any of my old friens/comrades would be there. I even learned that one of them had passed away so I didn't see any reason to spend the money.
I think I'll try to go to the 40th.
