Erin's Story
Life
Married at 19, 1st child at 20, 2nd at 23, divorced at 25. Remarried at 33, inherited a 3rd child. Rob is husband, Steven is 27; Rachel is 24, married to Lawrence; Ian is 18.
Have 3 1/2 years of college, should finish but majored in Psych and really don't care to. I've sold cars, been an F&I mgr, and a sales mgr. I've been a mortgage broker, have owned 4 businesses and been a landlord of several properties.
Mainly, I'm a "kept" woman now and just run the house. haha. Actually, I acquired an illness, syndrome, disease, something they can't figure out, that has had me pretty much home bound since January of 2001.
My life has been full of ups and downs, just like everyone's but I'm basically very happy.
In addition to the 3 children, young adults, whatever, we also have a dog, an Australian Shepherd, named X. At various times through the childrens lives, there have been many pets of many kinds. All those belonged to the children. X is mine. X is 10, fat, spoiled, and has me trained well. Then...Expand for more
again, come to think of it, except for the fat part that could describe the children and husband as well :-) Actually, am very lucky. Children aren't perfect, but they are overall, basically really good kids. haha Again, same could be said of husband.
I live in Jacksonville, Florida. My father passed in 2001. My mother and her husband of almost 30 years live in Jacksonville as well.
At times life has been very good and times it has been a real, well not so good :-) But it sure has been an interesting journey so far. I just try to remember to enjoy every minute of it...even the tough ones, because life is so short. Since it passes in the blink of an eye, I figure why get caught up in all the BS that most people worry about, it's not really important anyway.
If anyone has bothered to read this far, and gives a plugged nickel...I have one piece of advice. Remember what is truly important in life. The people you love and the people who love you. I can be reached at ebvallee on yahoo if you want to email.
