Erin's Story
Life
I attended Concordia University in St. Paul, and earned a BA in Elementary Education in 2001. A month later, I moved to Tampa, FL and lived there for six years. During that time, I developed a love for deep sea fishing, snorkeling, scalloping, and most of all, my husband Brian who I met there in 2003. We married on Anna Maria Island in July of 2006. esota in June of 2007, and had a baby girl, Delaney Noel, on January 3, 2008. I am now running a home day care out of our home in Wyoming, MN. Life is good, but I am sure missing that FL sunshine and the ocean! All in all though, we should all appreciate the fact that we were educated up here. Trust me - I've got first hand knowledge of the education system in the deep south!
