Erny's Story
After LTHS and LTJC moved to Boulder, CO. Worked at Gerry Mrn Spts, then USGS, and finally US National Park Service as Park Ranger stationed at Longs Peak in Rocky Mtn NP. Also worked at Devils Tower, WY, Carlsbad Caverns, NM, Coronado NM, AZ, then Grand Canyon NP for 17 yrs. as Supervisory Park Ranger, Paramedic in SAR, EMS, Fire, LEO, etc. Retired from NPS at Regional directors staff (as Regional Special Agent - Project Mgr.) in Denver, CO after 34 yrs. ired feds, mostly FBI in private sector for 5 yrs. Then and throughout career invloved in archaeology. Volunteered trained Rangers at Machu Picchu, Peru in '08, toured Chiapas, MX and Peten District, Guatemala - Mayan Archaeology. Now live in Utah near Snowbasin Ski Area, Olympics 2002 site. Skied all my life, raced in Europe, won National Gold in SGS Masters racing. Climbed in Peru, Ecuador and throughout CO, WY, elsewhere. For those who knew me they can say that 'He never seemed to grow up!'
