Lord. I do not worship churches or Christians; in fact, avoid them, as most are nothing more than social cliques. I worship Jesus and find His Teachings profoundly simple. Jesus was a carpenter, yet God in the flesh, He spoke little but said much, and lived out His teachings by helping people where they hurt. Jesus hung out with the prostitutes and low-lifes; despising the "religious" hypocrites (i.e.self-righteous church-goers of today, who think so well of themselves, and actually are self-absorbed, narssistic and judgemental). The greatest gift God has given me are my 2 beautiful sons. It is never too late to heal, and never too late for a new beginning! Let God be your hearts' Joy, and you will never be disappointed when people hurt you or life throws a curve ball. Each day is a new beginning and exciting journey...each day I ask myself, what can I do today to make life better for someone else?".

Always feel so happy after a visit to the gym and a great mentoring session with Ryan.
