Eugene's Story
Still sail and built several boats in Virginia and Florida. Been involved with Disabled Sailing for over 20 Years as an Official in Paralympic Games now doing the Wounded Warrior Sailing Program. I design Adaptive Aids for the Sailors to be safe and help level the field with the aids to enable them to sail
One of the the teams we worked with last year won the U.S. Disabled National Championship Award so I was pleased to present them with the Gene Hinkel US Sailing Award.

Grandparents
Lived in Virginia 18 years but came back to St Pete in 81
Always have traveled and have been lucky to visit some 50 countries, several times in some
Last year we went to the cold St Pete then on through middle Europe to Prauge , Dresden , Budapest, Helsinki and was in Berlin for the final World Cup game . This year back to Ireland for a friends daughters wedding but will plan a month there as we still want to get to Donegal , Belfast, etc
Have been working with the Warrior Sailing Program as mentioned and have several regattas working with them.
