Life
High School Memories: Marching in the mud, the Cop car, as a sophomore briefly (very) dating a senior, getting smeared across the mat in wrestling (repeatedly), missing both proms due to sickness (hers in '73, then mine in '74), good friends, and a few great teachers!
Tried UW (Math major), quit after 2/3 of a year and joined the Navy. 25 years, 24 foreign countries, 50 states, 1 Panama Canal transit, 6 Suez Canal transits on 3 different aircraft carriers, 2 around the world trips, 14 moves (10 cross-country), and 7 children later I'm in Poulsbo Washington, retired from the military, and loving life.

ous engineering disciplines, nothing in math. (Randall Barnes (BHS '74)once said I would make a good engineer.) I found myself supervising the operation of nuclear power plants at the young age of 25. Biggest job I ever had was Chief Engineer on the USS NIMITZ (CVN 68). Wow!
Most important job I have is being a good Dad. Got married in 1987 to Janet Ham from Plainfield, IL. We have 7 children: Leah(12), Joe(10), Catherine(8), Michael(6), Maren(5), Lydia(3), and Jonathan (2!!). Janet manages our home better than most CEO's run their companies, and additionally homeschools our precious gifts. I am currently self-employed in the financial services industry in Silverdale. Life on the Kitsap peninsula is great!
