Sherri's Story
Life
After high school, I moved to Myrtle Beach, SC and attended college here. I received by bachelor's degree in psychology in 1996, then worked locally for awhile as a manager of an amusement park. I decided to go back to school in 2000 to pursue a master's degree in clinical counseling from Webster University. I am employed as a therapist for the Rape Crisis Center, which means I counsel survivor's of sexual assault. I am also pursuing my licensure in the state of South Carolina which would allow me to take third party payments (insurance).

There is a song by Bruce Springsteen titled "Glory Years"
which best describes my views of high school. I had a great time in high school, and had a great group of friends. Some, I have lost touch with and would like to reconnect with.
I do not have a chopper and the leathers that go with it. However, twice a year Myrtle Beach is host to a Harley Davidson rally and I like to go to the biker bars and hang out in the burn out pits. It is really a lot of fun. Someday, I would like to own a bike but as long as I work for a non-profit, that will probably be a pipe dream!!
