Evelyn's Story
ALOHA!
You will know me as, Evelyn Bonilla.
I married Bobby Pedro on July 5,1960 after graduating from Kailua High School.
Bobby and I had four children.
Robbie who is(deceased), Robyn 46, Raelani 45 and Renee 44. I guess you can tell that we didn't watch T.V. Ha
We lost our only son Robbie in 2002 at a young age 41 years old to complications of Lupus, a 17 year battle. He left behind 2 sons.
After having 3 of our 4 children Bobby and I moved to California and there we had our 4th child.
Bobby went to school and became a Carpet & Tile Layer while living in
San Mateo, Ca. I was a stay home mom.
We have been living in California since 1963.
Our three daughter's also live in the Bay Area. We have eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Bobby retired after 30 years (carpet).

Now, I enjoy doing my crafts and sewing, and shopping. I also have become fond of the computer although I am still learning!
Both Bobby's and my family are still in Hawaii. We make visits just about every other year.
We are still, very Hawaiian.
My daughter's started dancing Hula at a young age. They have retired after 27 years of dancing. Now their daughter's have carried on. My girls have danced and competed in many competitions in the mainland and also at the Merry Monarch in Hilo, Hawaii in 1985. They are very beautiful dancers,I must say.
Bobby and I will be celebrating our 50th wedding Anniversary next year 2010. I am very happy with the way my life has turned out. I hope your lives are happy ones too!
